Iron Maiden - Seventh Son Of A Seventh Son (2014, Bootleg)

Okay, this is a 2014 repress pressing. Comes on clear blue marbled vinyl. Also a bootleg which lacks a little bit at the dynamics. Original presses or newer reissues/represses are better in the dynamics. The choice is yours. I go with this one 'cause i like the colour.

Let's take a view at the tracks which I have analysed with a new purchased software. The frequency measurement are much more detailed compared to my old software. Also we can take a look if it's out of phase. The crest (could be explained as loudness meter)which means a lower crest value is shitty. A higher one is better. Pretty simple.

I think the pics are self-explaining.

The last 3 tracks have lower frequency ranges. Maybe something about recording, mixing or mastering. I cannot analyse that.

01. Moonchild (2014 Bootleg Pressing)

You can see at the vertical red line that our frequency range is at approx. 40kHz. Really good. The green vertical line indicates that there is some interference signal which doesn't affect our listening pleasure.

02. Infinite Dreams (2014 Bootleg Pressing)

42kHz

03. Can I Play With Madness (2014 Bootleg Pressing)

42kHz

04. The Evil That Men Do (2014 Bootleg Pressing)

42kHz

05. Seventh Son Of A Seventh Son (2014 Bootleg Pressing)

41Khz

06. The Prophecy (2014 Bootleg Pressing)

A little frequency drop-down, 34kHz

07. The Clairvoyant (2014 Bootleg Pressing)

Also some frequency drop-down, 36Khz

08. Only The Good Die Young (2014 Bootleg Pressing)

And again, 35kHz
